Proper examination leads to a more accurate diagnosis and more effective treatment. We use objective measures to establish parameters where we can find improvement. If necessary we refer for specialised imaging.

We use traditional hands on treatment, which includes massage, soft tissue techniques, stretching and mobilisations. Some of our practitioners also utilise dry-needling to aid treatment. 

Spinal manipulation/adjustments, are used to influence the joints and muscles to promote better function, balance and flexibility to aid our daily activities, recovery and reduce pain.
